Fee Schedule

All fees below are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Fees related to international travel arrangements are GST-free, while fees related to Australian domestic travel arrangements will incur GST. Merchant fee will be charged accordingly for GGI fee payments made by credit card. Please note all fees are non-refundable and any changes or cancellations will be charged as below.

Reservation Fees

Flight Booking Fees

  • Domestic

  • Single Destination

  • Multi-destination, Round the World and Flights Originating Outside of Australia

  • Frequent Flyer Redemptions Bookings
    $350pp

Booking Change Fee

  • Both voluntary and involuntary changes excluding any additional charges charged by supplier
    $75pp per sector

Urgency Fee

  • For changes or bookings required in 48 hours
    $250

Emergency Fee

  • For any changes or support due to an emergency while travelling (including covid related incidents)
    $125 per hour

Research Fee

  • Upon request
    $125 per hour

Insurance Claim

  • For putting together documentation for a claim
    $125 per hour
    No fee when policy purchased with GG Inspired

Non-Commissionable Bookings

Non-commissionable bookings incur a booking fee of 15% unless otherwise advised

Cancellation Fee

Commission retention or 10% of total cost of sectors booked, unless otherwise advised to be invoiced prior to submission of refund. All fees will be advised at the time of booking as this is itinerary specific. You may be invoiced for cancellation fee prior to submission of your refund.
